Work closely with CRM, legal, finance, marketing, projects, and customer service teams to ensure smooth processing of bookings, documentation, collections, and handovers.
Lead Conversion
Effectively manage and nurture leads from inquiry to booking. Follow a structured sales process to maximize site visits, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
Objection Handling
Confidently address customer concerns related to pricing, competition, product offerings, timelines, and investment value, while building trust and credibility.
