About the Role





Finsmart Accounting is looking for a Business Development Manager with 5–10 years of experience in KPO/BPO or professional services sales, preferably within outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, finance, or staffing services.

The person will be responsible for developing recent business in the U.S. market, particularly with CPA firms and accounting firms. This is a hands-on sales role covering the complete business development cycle—from identifying prospects and initiating conversations to conducting discovery, preparing proposals, negotiating commercials, and closing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with CPA firms, accounting firms, and other potential clients across the U.S.
- Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, events, webinars, and other outbound channels.
- Engage with Partners, Owners, CXOs, and senior decision-makers to understand their staffing, capacity, accounting, tax, and operational challenges.
