Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Engineer to drive business growth across East India, with Kolkata as the preferred base location. This role is well-suited for professionals who want hands-on exposure to utility, EPC, and power distribution projects, while building solid and lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth for Ensto’s LV and MV electricity distribution solutions across East India.
Identify, develop, and manage opportunities with utilities, DISCOMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and industrial customers.
Follow up on leads,



customer requirements, quotations, tenders, and project opportunities.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Support tender submissions, participate in commercial discussions, and contribute to order execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and effective project delivery.
Maintain the sales pipeline, forecasts, customer records, and visit reports through CRM and related business systems.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
1–4 years of experience in electrical equipment sales, power distribution, utilities, EPC, or infrastructure sectors.
Basic understanding of LV/MV distribution products and their applications.
Exposure to utility projects, tendering, EPC projects, or turnkey business is preferred
