Business analysts at Devolution play a key role in shaping product direction. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, dive deep into business logic, structure requirements, and turn ideas into clear specifications. Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Prepare transparent documentation: business requirements, user stories, use cases, BPMN diagrams
Model and optimize business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA
Contribute to product vision and roadmap planning
Support the project through all stages of its lifecycle

Requirements





2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong skills in requirement elicitation and structuring
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum principles
Experience writing functional documentation and specifications
Proficiency in process visualization (e.g., BPMN, diagrams, flowcharts)
Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills

Nice to Have

Understanding of client-server architecture
Technical English proficiency
Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, Figma, Miro
