SGM HR Solutions (A Unit of SGM Consultancy Services) is hiring on behalf of a client for the position of HR Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and enhance induction.

• Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.

• Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related HR records.

• Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.

• Support in formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.

• Assist in HR compliance and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.

• Handle employee queries and support employee relations activities.

• Assist in employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

• Prepare HR MIS reports and management reports as required.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organisational information.

• Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile:





• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Commerce, or a related field. MBA (HR) may be preferred.

• 1–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

• Valuable knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/HRIS.

• Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organisational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
