N n Role Overview NWe are looking for a Finance Professional to support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations at CashKaro. The role will involve invoice processing, vendor coordination, reconciliations, payment-related activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. N nThe ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and hands-on exposure to tools such as Excel and Tally, along with a working knowledge of GST and TDS. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build strong practical experience across core finance operations in a fast-paced organisation. N n Key Responsibilities N n1. Invoice Processing & Accounting Operations Nn Process and verify vendor invoices and ensure necessary supporting documents are available.
N Record invoices and accounting entries accurately in the accounting system. N Assist with accounts payable and other routine finance operations. N Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions. Nn n2. Vendor Coordination & Payments Nn Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, documentation, and discrepancies. N Assist in preparing andprocessing vendor payments. N Follow up on pending invoices and resolve basic payment-related queries. N Coordinate internally with relevant teams to ensure timely processing of payments. Nn n3. Reconciliations & Reporting Nn Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations. N Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution. N Assist in preparing routine MIS and finance reports. N Maintain accurate trackers for invoices, payments, and outstanding items. Nn n4. GST & TDSSupport Nn Assist with basicGST and TDS-related activities and documentation. N Verify applicable GST/TDS details on invoices and transactions. N Support the finance team in maintaining records required for statutory compliance. N Coordinate with internal teams for any required documentation or information. Nn n5. Finance Operations & Process Support Nn Support the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and operational activities. N Assist with month-end closing activities and preparation of supporting schedules. N Maintain organised financial records and ensure timely updating of trackers. N Identify process gaps and support improvements in routine finance operations. Nn n Must Have Qualifications Nn 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Finance Operations. N Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. N Hands-on experience with MS Excel.
N Working knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software. N Basic understanding of GST and TDS. N Exposure to invoice processing, vendor coordination, payments, or reconciliations. N Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy. N Strong organisational and follow-up skills. N Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors. Nn n Good to Have Nn Experience in a fast-paced startup or e-commerce environment. N Exposure to ERP/accounting systems in addition to Tally. N Knowledge of basic financial reporting and month-end processes. N Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data handling. N Ability to independently manage routine finance operations.
