NThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of maximalist design, current visual trends, typography, composition, colour, and digital-first communication. You should be someone who can take a brief, generate fresh creative directions, visualize concepts, and turn them into high-impact designs across digital and print.Key Responsibilities Nn Develop bold, maximal, and trend-driven visual concepts for brands and campaigns. N Generate creative ideasand translate briefs into compelling visual directions. N Stay updated with current design, social media, branding, typography, and visual communication trends. N Create engaging social media creatives, campaign assets, presentations, and digital communication. N Design interactive and visually engaging carousels in collaboration with the Video Editor and Brand Manager. N Create brochures, packaging, marketing collateral, presentations, and other print assets. N Work closely with the Brand Manager, Video Editor, and creative team to ensure consistency across campaigns. N Develop multiple creative approaches and visual explorations when required.



N Maintain brand consistency while also pushing creative boundaries. N Adapt designs for different formats, platforms, and campaign requirements. N Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design quality. N Take ownership of projects from concept development to final execution. NWhat We're Looking Forn N 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency, branding, advertising, or creative environment. N Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, maximalist, experimental, and trend-led design work. N Excellent understandingof typography, colour theory, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding. N Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to visualize an idea before execution. N Ability to independently generate creative concepts rather than simply execute instructions. N Strong understanding ofsocial media design and digital-first visual communication. N Experience working on brochures, packaging, print collateral, and brand communication. N Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams. N Solid attention to detail and a sharp eye for aesthetics. N Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines.
