N Location: Surat, Gujarat (Preference for Gujarati candidates) N Experience: 3-5 Years (Mandatory experience in an NGO, Trust, or Foundation) N CTC: ₹20-40 LPA NEligibilitynn Education: B.Com. (Mandatory) N Additional qualification preferred: LLB, M.Com., MBA (Finance), or CA N Excellent English communication skills NnKey Responsibilities Nn Lead operational strategy and drive scalable social development programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). N Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. N Develop and manage MIS,dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. N Ensure statutory, legal, financial, and regulatory compliance while coordinating audits. N Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, CSR partners, NGOs, trusts, foundations, and community leaders. N Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks using SROI, ESG, and SDG indicators. N Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams. N Drive field implementation across rural, tribal,
