Job DescriptionJD: Account Manager – C2H (Domestic Staffing) NRole Overview: NResponsible for managing domestic C2H staffing accounts with a balanced focus on 50% client handling and 50% delivery management. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Manage client relationships, requirements, SLAs, and escalations. N Drive account growth, rate negotiations, and conversions. N Lead delivery team to ensure timely and quality closures. N Track submissions, interviews, closures, and team productivity. N Coordinate onboarding, compliance, and internal stakeholders.
