Job Summary:

As a Welding Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful welding of cast components, overseeing welding processes, conducting quality inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize welding operations. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of our casting products.

2 - Competencies and Skills

- Knowledge of Welding and Allied Processes.
- Knowledge of GD&T; and dimensional inspection techniques.
- Knowledge of Inspection equipment and gauges.
- Knowledge of software i.e.; 1-Factory, Effivity.
- Knowledge of 5 core tools (APQP, FMEA,SPC, MSA, PPAP).
- Knowledge of 7 QC tools.
- Knowledge of Computer and report preparation.
- Knowledge of applicable National or International standards for dimension.

3 - Qualification

- B.Tech/Diploma(Mechanical/Welding/Material Science/Metallurgy)

4 - Experience

02- 03 years minimum in the field of fabrication/casting repair/Aerospace/Pipeline etc
