Position: Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – English

Institution: Amit Boliya Vidhya Niketan

Location: Gangapur, Bhilwara Rajasthan

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years

About the Position

Amit Boliya Vidhya Niketan is looking for a dedicated, experienced, and passionate PGT English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning environment for senior secondary students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach English to senior secondary students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum .
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured and concept-based lessons.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, listening and critical-thinking skills .
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers and other academic resources.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Prepare students effectively for Board Examinations .
- Maintain proper records of students’ academic performance and progress.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies and appropriate digital resources.
- Encourage students to participate in discussions, presentations,



debates and other language-based activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning workplace.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students’ academic progress whenever required.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, workshops and other academic activities.
- Contribute to the overall academic development and standards of the school.

Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate Degree in English (M.A. English) from a recognized university.
- B. Ed. from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience , preferably at the PGT/Senior Secondary level.
- Experience in a CBSE school will be preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English .
- Good knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment patterns and Board Examination requirements.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to use technology and digital teaching resources effectively.
