We are building a voice cast for a six-language corporate training localisation programme and are shortlisting artists now.

Languages: Bengali, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu. We are casting three male and three female native-speaker artists in each language — 36 artists in total.

THE WORK

51 training videos per language, roughly 152 minutes of finished runtime. Each video is voiced by a single artist throughout, so you would carry a set of seven to nine videos and around 18 to 36 finished minutes. That is typically two to three studio days, spread across three production batches over six weeks.

Scripts are supplied already translated and adapted for timing. You will perform to picture under direction, working to a locked glossary. This is dubbing, not narration read cold: your line has to land inside the window the original speaker used.

WHAT WE ARE LISTENING FOR

This is corporate and instructional content. Not commercials, not film. We are listening for clarity, authority and a credible instructional pace — the voice of someone explaining a procedure to a colleague who needs to get it right. Warm broadcast delivery is not what this content needs.

We are also listening for consistency. You would record the same set of videos across six weeks, and the artist in video nine has to sound like the artist in video one.

REQUIREMENTS

· Native speaker of the target language with clear, neutral regional pronunciation





· Prior professional voice recording experience, with narration or instructional samples

· Ability to perform to time-code and to picture under direction

· Comfort with English technical terminology embedded in regional-language narration

· Reliable availability across a six-week recording window

· If working from a home studio: treated recording space, skilled microphone and interface, and the ability to deliver 48 kHz / 24-bit WAV with a clean noise floor

USEFUL, NOT ESSENTIAL

· Experience with training, e-learning, safety or technical content

· Previous dubbing or ADR work

· Command of more than one of the six languages

HOW WE ASSESS

1. Send a pre -recorded sample closest to the type of content. Once shortlisted,

2. We will send you a 45-second script from the actual content and ask you to record it. We are not asking for your showreel — showreels are directed and polished, and we need to hear how you handle our material cold. We'll supply the full brief and technical specification upon shortlisting.

Shortlisted artists are presented to the end client for approval.
