Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in designing and implementing data solutions that support our organization's data needs. You will work closely with data scientists and other stakeholders to ensure that our data infrastructure is reliable, productive, and scalable.

Responsibilities

- Design, construct, install, and maintain large-scale processing systems and data pipelines.
- Develop data set processes for data modeling, mining, and production.
- Analyze and organize raw data, ensuring it is accessible and usable.
- Collaborate with data scientists and architects on data initiatives and ensure the data is aligned with business needs.
- Create and maintain data documentation including data flow diagrams and architecture diagrams.





Skills and Qualifications

- 5-8 years of experience in a data engineering role or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
