We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for process improvement. You will play a critical role in optimizing our manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement recent processes and technologies.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to production teams.
- Monitor process performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in process engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of process design and optimization techniques.
- Proficient in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).
- Experience with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
