About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Planning to lead production scheduling, capacity planning, and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in SAP planning functions and a proven track record of optimizing supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

✅ Develop and execute Master Production Planning (MPP) & Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) to align demand and supply.

✅ Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure optimal capacity planning & resource allocation.

✅ Oversee short-term & long-term production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.

2. Supply Chain & Material Procurement

✅ Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure on-time material availability and minimize production bottlenecks.

✅ Work closely with suppliers and vendors to optimize lead times & inventory levels.

✅ Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to improve cost efficiency.

3. SAP & Digital Transformation

✅ Utilize SAP (PP, MM modules) for planning, scheduling, and inventory control.

✅ Drive automation & digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency in planning processes.





✅ Monitor and analyze data to enhance forecast accuracy & demand planning.

4. Inventory & Logistics Optimization

✅ Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing working capital costs.

✅ Implement lean inventory management techniques to minimize excess stock and wastage.

✅ Ensure efficient logistics & distribution planning for timely order fulfillment.

5. Leadership & Team Management

✅ Lead and mentor a team of planners & analysts, ensuring continuous improvement in planning functions.

✅ Develop training programs & best practices to enhance team capabilities.

✅ Work cross-functionally with production, sales, procurement, and finance teams to align business goals.

Key Requirements:

✔ 8+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or materials management.

✔ Industry Experience: Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Switchgear (preferred).

✔ Expertise in SAP (PP, MM modules) for planning and procurement.

✔ Strong background in demand forecasting, SIOP, and MPP.

✔ Experience in team leadership & cross-functional collaboration.

✔ Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement & efficiency.

✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
