Qualification:

- Certifications in Smart Factories, Industry 4.0, AI & ML (Preferred)

Experience:

- 14+ years in manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Expertise in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, IT-OT integration, and smart factory implementations

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop smart manufacturing strategies, including IoT, automation, robotics, and AI
- Oversee digital twin technologies and industrial analytics platforms
- Integrate IT and OT systems such as ERP, MES, SCADA, and ICS
- Implement ISA-95 standards for enterprise control integration
- Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for industrial data analytics




- Optimize predictive maintenance models using AI and ML
- Ensure cybersecurity and compliance in industrial automation
- Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and automation specialists
- Collaborate with external vendors, R&D;, and production teams

Technical Skills & Expertise:

- Software and Automation: IGNITION, Python, Java, C++
- Cloud and Data Analytics: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
