- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Psychology with academic rigor and innovation.
- Supervise student research at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
- Design and revise curriculum in alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
- Contribute to departmental administration and support academic planning.
- Engage in impactful research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Mentor junior faculty members and provide academic leadership.
- Organize and participate in academic events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Establish collaborations with industry and academic institutions.
- Support accreditation, quality assurance, and compliance-related processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

- PhD in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, Organizational, or related specialization).




- Minimum of [X] years of teaching and/or research experience at the university level.
