Pro Arch is seeking a Technical Lead Software Development to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft and web technologies, as well as proven leadership experience in managing technical teams. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding project execution, ensuring code quality, driving innovation, and mentoring engineers to achieve project and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions using C# and .NET.
- Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging WinForms, Windows and Web Services, and Angular.
- Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases using PLSQL, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.




- Guide the adoption and implementation of Azure Functions and cloud-native architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams across multiple projects.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practices, performance, and security standards are met.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and introduce creative practices to enhance project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality and within defined scope
