Pro Arch is seeking an Associate Test Lead with 5-8 years of experience to lead manual testing efforts, manage testing teams, and actively participate in requirement discussions with clients and stakeholders. The role involves requirement analysis, test planning, task management, team mentoring, client communication, and suggesting automation where applicable. A robust understanding of automation frameworks is required to guide the team, collaborate with automation engineers, and present demos to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage manual testing efforts across web, mobile, and API applications.
- Participate in requirement calls, ask clarifying questions, and ensure proper requirement understanding.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to manual testers, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams in Agile sprint planning and execution.

- Understand existing automation frameworks and scripts, provide feedback, and support integration.
- Conduct test demos, report results, and communicate status effectively with stakeholders and clients.
