Approx. Salary Range

1.8 LPA to 3.2 LPA

Salary will be decided on a case-to-case basis and based on interview performance.

- PF is optional for freshers.
- Candidates who have PF from previous employment are required to opt for PF.

Candidate Requirement

- Fresher to 2 years of experience candidates are welcome.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Minimum 30 WPM typing speed.
- Eligible: B.Sc., B.Com., B.A., MBA.
- Not Eligible: B.Tech, 2023,2024,2025,2026
- Candidates currently pursuing their degree are not eligible.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in chat-based customer support.
- Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or chat platforms.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer interactions through chat professionally and empathetically.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics such as CSAT/NPS.
- Document chat interactions clearly and accurately in internal systems.

Perks

- Two-way cab facility from designated nodal points within a 40 km radius.
- Last-minute pickup/drop requests outside designated routes will not be accommodated.
- Meals will not be provided.
- One month of training at the client site, followed by movement to production.
