Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced APAC Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, regional market knowledge, and experience in managing full-cycle hiring for multiple countries within APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the APAC region (India, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Australia, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and build effective hiring strategies
- Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, etc.)
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation processes
- Maintain accurate candidate data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)




- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
- Stay updated on regional hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and employment regulations
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in APAC or global hiring
- Solid experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment across multiple geographies in APAC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities
- Strong understanding of market mapping and talent intelligence
