- Develop and implement planting, cultivation, and harvesting plans to maximize productivity.
Resource & Operations Management
- Oversee efficient utilization of land, labor, machinery, and finances.
- Implement strategies for yield optimization and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise workforce to maintain labor efficiency.
Financial Management & Profitability
- Manage plantation budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Focus on profitability through effective resource management and operational planning.
Sustainability & Compliance
- Implement and maintain sustainable agricultural practices, including environmental stewardship and social responsibility.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
