Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement international sales and marketing strategies that align with the company s business goals and objectives.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, target markets, and emerging market segments across international territories to fuel growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders across global markets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams to customize offerings and ensure they meet the specific needs of international clients.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, successfully driving profitable international partnerships.
- Monitor and assess sales performance metrics, providing senior management with regular performance reports and strategic insights.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences,



and other industry events to increase brand visibility and foster new client relationships.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing activities adhere to international regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Qualifications:10 to 13 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably within the IT sector.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding into current international markets.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics, client needs, and competitor landscapes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to tailor solutions for international clients.
- Ability to analyze performance data and adapt strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Willingness to travel internationally to represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
