- Configure and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and issue types as and when needed
- Set up and manage Jira boards, filters, dashboards, and reports using JQL.
- Troubleshoot Jira-related issues and provide timely resolution.
- Identify inefficiencies in Jira usage and propose improvements.
- Work closely with Agile teams to ensure Jira reflects best practices.
- Document Jira processes and provides training to users as needed.
- Support integrations between Jira and other tools
- Hands-on experience configuring Jira automation and scripting (e.g., Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or REST API).
- Act as Scrum Master for a couple of scrum teams with a focus on coaching the teams towards improving the delivery of value
- Closely work help Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end program management covering technical and non-technical functionalities across a multiple,



cross-functional program landscape
- While JIRA would be the primary focus, the candidate may be expected to lead Drive programs independently as a Program Manager/TPM.
