We are looking for a proactive and analytical Fraud Prevention Executive to safeguard our recruitment platform by identifying fraudulent activities, preventing misuse, and minimizing business risk. The role involves investigating suspicious accounts, detecting fake employers, fraudulent job postings, account takeovers, candidate abuse, and other policy violations while ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Detect and investigate fake employer accounts, fraudulent job postings, recruitment scams, and suspicious platform activity.

• Monitor and analyze high-risk accounts, account takeovers, resume misuse, unauthorized database access, and candidate abuse.

• Conduct data-driven investigations, identify fraud trends, and recommend preventive controls and process improvements.

• Review non-compliant accounts and take appropriate actions such as verification, suspension,



or account disablement.

• Prepare fraud reports, maintain investigation records, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud prevention controls and improve platform safety.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 1–3 years of experience in Fraud Prevention, Risk Operations, Trust & Safety, Compliance, or Investigations.

• Solid analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data analysis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with recruitment platforms, online marketplaces, or SaaS products is preferred.
