- Responsible for ensuring the hygiene of the client assets in retail stores. This includes total preventive and reactive maintenance.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Contribute to current business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Maintenance activities.
- Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of project.
- Self-Management: Anticipates and overcomes obstacles, Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team member, Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have 8 to 10 years of similar experience from retail display / trade marketing / market activation.
