Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct advanced research in AI/ML, including deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Design, implement, and evaluate AI algorithms and architectures for real-world applications.
- Collaborate with product teams, engineers, and other researchers to prototype and deploy AI models.
- Stay abreast of state-of-the-art advancements in AI through literature reviews and conference participation.
- Publish high-quality research papers in top-tier journals and conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, ACL).
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to research culture within the team.
- Participate in grant writing, patent filing, and industry collaborations where applicable.
- Maintain documentation and share research insights with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Essential:





- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied AI development.
- Strong publication record in reputable AI/ML conferences or journals.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Robust understanding of mathematical foundations (linear algebra, probability, optimization).

Preferred:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working on end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps tools.
- Background in a specific AI domain such as NLP, generative AI, or biomedical AI.
