Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Process and Process Trainer to join our Talent Development team. This role is responsible for equipping employees with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to perform effectively in their roles.
The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, expertise in process training, and the ability to create impactful learning content. The role involves delivering pre-process, process, systems, and foundational soft skills training while ensuring employees achieve the desired performance standards.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Pre-Process and Process Training
- Facilitate and deliver pre-process and process training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Conduct training on business processes, systems, tools, workflows, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
- Use a variety of training methodologies, including classroom, virtual, and blended learning approaches, to drive learner engagement and knowledge retention.
- Assess learner understanding through knowledge checks, assessments, certifications, and practical exercises.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to help learners achieve proficiency and meet performance expectations.
Content Creation & Development
- Design and develop engaging training materials, including process manuals, presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, assessments,
and e-learning modules.
- Ensure training content remains accurate, current, and aligned with business processes, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Operations Leaders, and Quality teams to create and update training content.
- Continuously improve learning materials and delivery methods based on learner feedback and business requirements.
Training Evaluation & Quality Assurance
- Evaluate training effectiveness through learner assessments, feedback surveys, nesting performance, and operational metrics.
- Analyze training outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare training reports and share insights with Operations, Quality, and Talent Development stakeholders.
- Monitor learner performance during training and post-training phases to ensure readiness for production.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
- Partner with Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Quality Analysts, and SMEs to identify knowledge gaps and training needs.
- Support process updates, refresher trainings, upskilling, cross-skilling, and change management initiatives.
- Act as a learning consultant by recommending solutions to improve employee capability and performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development across teams.
About you:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering pre-process, process, product, or functional training in a corporate environment.
- Experience in training delivery, facilitation,
and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong understanding of training needs analysis, curriculum development, and learning effectiveness measurement.
- Ability to design clear, engaging, and effective training content.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual learning platforms, and e-learning tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training programs simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
- Passion for learning, employee development, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Insurance, BFSI, Shared Services, BPO, or Operations environment.
- Knowledge of quality frameworks, process improvement methodologies, and performance metrics.
- Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Train-the-Trainer, CPLP, CPTD, or equivalent.
- Experience managing virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and hybrid learning programs.
- Familiarity with content authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar platforms.
