Project Role: Integration Engineer
Project Role Description: Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.
Must have skills: Python Frameworks, AWS Cloud Formation, Elastic Stack (ELK), Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, observability using OTEL/EDOT SDKs

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions.
The day often includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping out customer journeys, and designing functional and application architectures that align with business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration across systems and processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of integration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
- Solid hands-on experience in Python for developing, instrumenting, and troubleshooting observability solutions - Mandatory
- Medium to high level understanding of Open Telemetry -OTEL - architecture, including traces, metrics, logs, context propagation, semantic conventions, and instrumentation patterns (Mandatory)
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks, AWS Cloud Formation, Elastic Stack (ELK), Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable integration solutions using Python-based technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation tools to support deployment and monitoring.
- Expertise in managing and analyzing large datasets using Elastic Stack components for operational insights.
- Familiarity with natural language processing and large language model applications to enhance integration capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner.
- Some experience implementing observability using OTEL/EDOT SDKs , auto instrumentation, manual instrumentation, and custom telemetry for Python and other enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of Elastic Stack, including Elasticsearch and Kibana, for log analytics, distributed tracing, designing dashboards and operational troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Agentic AI observability, including tracing multi-agent workflows, LLM interactions, tool execution, memory access, orchestration flows, and end-to-end request correlation. (Mandatory)
- Experience designing and maintaining observability pipelines, including telemetry collection end points, enrichment, routing, sampling, and performance optimization across distributed systems. (Desirable)
- Positive understanding of environments such as Kubernetes, containers, microservices, and REST APIs, with experience instrumenting production workloads
- Good to have: Experience with Elastic APM and Elastic Distribution of Open Telemetry (EDOT) , including deployment, configuration, and integration with enterprise observability platforms.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
