- Aldecor is a leading interior design and execution firm specializing in high-end commercial and office spaces. We bring design dreams to life with precision execution, timeless aesthetics, and unmatched quality. As we grow, we are seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of in office execution, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance.

Project Planning & Coordination

- Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Senior PMs to develop detailed project schedules and execution plans
- Identify risks early and proactively implement mitigation strategies

Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project flow

- Site Supervision & Execution
- Oversee installation works: partitions, ceilings, flooring, lighting, and furniture
- Monitor contractor performance and resolve on-site challenges
- Ensure proper sequencing of civil, MEP, and finishing works
- Quality Control & Compliance




- Ensure material quality and finish match client expectations
- Maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations

Ensure handover documentation and final billing are complete

Risk & Conflict Management

- Mediate contractor and vendor disputes to maintain workflow
- Mentor site engineers and supervisors
- Evaluate vendor performance and suggest alternatives as needed
- Train teams in execution best practices for high-end commercial interiors

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred)

- 5–8 years of experience in interior project management, preferably in commercial fit-outs
- Strong understanding of civil, MEP, and finishing works
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or equivalent tools
