We are looking for a senior professional to lead Corporate Growth & Client Partnerships .

Chennai experience and an established corporate network are important.

We are looking for someone with an established network across particularly within:

/n

HR | Employee Experience | Internal Communications | Corporate Communications | Administration | Marketing

/n

with strong exposure to IT, ITES, GCC and large corporate organisations.

/n

/n

Your role will be to:

/n

/n

/n

- Develop senior-level relationships across key corporate accounts.

/n

- Identify opportunities where Aura's creative and experiential capabilities can add value.

/n

- Build conversations with decision-makers well before a formal brief or RFP.

/n

- Understand the client's business and communication objectives.

/n

- Work closely with Aura's creative and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions.

/n

- Develop strategic accounts and create long-term client partnerships.

/n





- Represent Aura within the corporate and business community.

/n

We would particularly value:

- 12–18 years of relevant experience

/n

- Strong relationships with senior corporate decision-makers in Chennai

/n

- Excellent understanding of corporate marketing, employee engagement or brand communication

/n

- Strong consultative and presentation skills

/n

- Commercial maturity and an instinct for identifying opportunities

/n

- The credibility to engage comfortably with CXOs and functional heads

/n

- A genuine interest in building relationships over the long term

/n
