Strong understanding needed for visual communication, design fundamentals, and contemporary brand aesthetics.

You’ll create designs across social media, product packaging, website, e-commerce platforms, events, and other consumer touchpoints.

Design creatives for: Performance ads

Website and landing pages
E-commerce banners and product listing assets
Whats App and CRM communication
Work closely with copywriters, video editors, marketers, and external agencies

Use AI-powered creative tools to explore visual directions, generate assets, and improve production efficiency

Strong command of design fundamentals, including: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software

Ability to balance brand aesthetics with performance and conversion goals

Experience designing for D2C, lifestyle,



or consumer brands
Experience creating performance ad creatives and performance marketing assets
Knowledge of packaging and print design
Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Canva, or motion design

Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms

This role is for someone who treats graphic design as a craft-not just software execution.
