Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system observability and incident response processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SRE Observability.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system health and performance.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues.
- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes of incidents.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline support tasks and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SRE Observability.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
