Job Summary / Overview:

Lead MODULI’s structural engineering function, delivering secure, compliant, cost-effective and manufactural structural solutions. The role will drive design excellence, standardisation, innovation and effective coordination across design, manufacturing and project execution.

Key Job Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Lead and mentor the Structural Design team, establishing technical standards and performance expectations.

/n

- Develop, review and approve structural designs, calculations, drawings, specifications and engineering deliverables.

/n

- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian Standards, building codes and statutory requirements.

/n

- Lead structural analysis and design using relevant engineering software such as Solid works STAAD. Pro and AutoCAD/Revit.

/n

- Integrate structural design with Architecture, MEP, Production, Procurement, Quality and Projects.

/n

- Ensure designs are optimised for manufacturing, transportation, lifting, assembly and site installation.

/n

- Drive Design for Manufacturing & Assembly (DFMA), value engineering, material optimisation and standardisation.

/n

- Review designs,



revisions and technical risks while ensuring timely engineering deliverables.

/n

- Develop structural design standards, templates and reusable engineering solutions.

/n

- Coordinate with external consultants, vendors and third-party agencies when required.

/n

- Drive continuous improvement in design quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency and engineering capability.

Qualifications:

/n

/n

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering ; M. Tech in Structural Engineering from reputed institutions.

/n

- 12–15 years of relevant experience in structural design, preferably in modular, prefab, steel, industrial or construction environments.

/n

- Experience in design optimisation, value engineering, standardisation and design for manufacturing.
