About the Role /n

Amasia Solar is looking for a detail-oriented and articulate Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator to strengthen our internal sales and operations team at our Uppal office.

/n

The role will coordinate between prospective B2B customers, field sales managers across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, digital marketing teams, accounts, warehouse and logistics partners to ensure smooth lead management, sales follow-up and order fulfilment.

/n

Key Responsibilities /n

Inside Sales & Lead Qualification

/n

/n

- Make outbound calls to solar EPC contractors, electrical dealers, stockists, builders and commercial project owners.

/n

- Introduce Amasia Solar's product portfolio and identify qualified business opportunities.

/n

- Maintain systematic follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.

/n

/n

Appointment & Field Sales Coordination

/n

/n

- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for territory sales managers.

/n

- Coordinate field-sales schedules and appointments across assigned districts.

/n

- Ensure qualified opportunities are properly handed over to the relevant sales team.

/n

/n

Quotations & Commercial Follow-up

/n

/n

- Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and proforma invoices using Excel.

/n

- Track pending quotations and follow up with prospects until closure.

/n

- Maintain updated records of enquiries, quotations and order status.

/n

/n





Digital Marketing Coordination

/n

/n

- Coordinate with the digital marketing team/agency regarding incoming leads.

/n

- Track lead quality, lead status and follow-up progress.

/n

- Ensure timely distribution and follow-up of marketing-generated enquiries.

/n

- Help minimize lead leakage through proper tracking and reporting.

/n

/n

Order & Dispatch Coordination

/n

/n

- Coordinate with accounts to confirm payment clearance.

/n

- Liaise with warehouse teams regarding stock availability.

/n

- Coordinate with transporters for timely material dispatch.

/n

- Track order and dispatch status until successful delivery.

/n

/n

Reporting & Data Management

/n

/n

- Maintain daily Excel / Google Sheets trackers for calls, leads, appointments, quotations, orders and dispatches.

/n

- Prepare regular sales and operations reports for management.

/n

- Maintain accurate and organized customer and sales data.

/n

/n

Candidate Requirements /n

/n

- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline such as B. Com, B. Sc, BBA, MBA or equivalent.

/n

- 2–8 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, sales coordination, customer relationship management or similar roles.

/n

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets .

/n





- Comfortable using formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS , along with pivot tables and reporting templates.

/n

- Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and English .

/n

- Positive written communication skills for emails, quotations, proposals and Whats App Business communication.

/n

- Strong follow-up, coordination, organization and multitasking abilities.

/n

- Comfortable working in a target-oriented B2B sales environment.

/n

- Must be able to reliably commute to the Uppal office on a daily basis .

/n

/n
