Project Role Description: Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience.
Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves providing comprehensive engineering support to develop and implement technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. This role requires engaging with various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight.
The practitioner collaborates across disciplines to ensure that engineering solutions are practical, scientifically sound, and socio-economically viable, contributing to the successful delivery of projects and continuous improvement within the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate engineering solutions effectively.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and technical decisions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles related to MES.
- Experience in managing configuration and qualification activities within manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems using scientific and technical methods.
- Familiarity with structural and stress design considerations in manufacturing systems.
- Competence in applying socio-economic factors to engineering solutions to enhance business outcomes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
