The developer spends time analyzing workflows, integrating different components, and ensuring that the applications operate efficiently within the broader system environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is a key part of the daily routine, as is troubleshooting and refining applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application workflows and improve integration efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience in designing scalable application architectures and integrating complex workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Additional Information:
