Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of an upcoming flagship retail store in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in retail sales, store operations, team management, customer experience, and achieving business targets .

Candidates from all retail categories are welcome to apply. However, candidates with experience in Luggage Retail will not be considered .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end daily operations of the retail store.

- Drive store sales and consistently achieve assigned revenue and business targets.

- Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the store sales team.

- Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain high service standards.

- Monitor key store KPIs, including sales, conversion, footfall, average bill value, and team productivity .

- Manage staff rostering, attendance, performance,



and discipline.

- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand guidelines.

- Oversee inventory management, stock availability, replenishment, and stock movement.

- Minimize stock loss and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

- Prepare and share regular sales and store performance reports with management.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements

- Experience: 8–15 years of experience in retail store sales and operations.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager / Senior Store Manager / Retail Store Manager .

- Solid track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

- Candidates from any retail category may apply, except Luggage Retail .

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- English proficiency is mandatory.

- Strong leadership, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven retail environment.

- Age: 28–35 years.

- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
