Position - Regional Manager (Nashik Region)Experience - 13+ YearsLocation - NashikKey Responsibilities:Supervise and provide leadership to branch managers and regional office staff.Conduct regular meetings to review performance, set targets, and ensure effectivecommunication across branches.Manage recruitment, training, and performance appraisals for regional staff.Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer service and business growth.Develop and implement strategies to increase deposits, loans, insurance, and mutual fundsales within the region.Identify growth opportunities, new market segments, and innovative products to driveregional business.Collaborate with branch managers to monitor sales performance and implementcorrective measures when necessary.Ensure regional sales targets for products are met and exceeded.Ensure branches are compliant with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to policiesand procedures.Regularly audit branches to ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions (e.g.,deposits, loans, insurance claims).Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.Oversee the financial performance of the region, ensuring profitability and costeffectiveness.Monitor and analyse regional budget, financial reports,



and performance metrics.Ensure the region meets targets for assets, liabilities, and revenue generation.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback.Monitor customer feedback and take proactive steps to enhance customer servicestandards.Prepare and submit regular reports on regional performance, sales trends, customerfeedback, and operational issues.Analyse market conditions and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintaincompetitiveness.Maintain close communication with head office regarding progress, challenges, andstrategic initiatives.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred).Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing operations within the cooperativesociety or financial services sector, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.Solid knowledge of financial products such as loans, deposits, insurance, and mutualfunds.Proven track record in business development, sales management, and team leadership.Strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and budgeting.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Working Conditions:Based in the regional office with frequent travel to branch locations.Full-time position with standard office hours
