Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop interior design concepts, layouts, and material palettes for fit-out projectsCreate detailed 3D models and walkthroughs using SketchUp for client presentations and internal coordinationPrepare working drawings, elevations, and finish schedules in coordination with the execution teamCollaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately on-siteSource and recommend materials, furniture, fixtures,



and finishes within project budgetsAttend client meetings to present design concepts and incorporate feedbackCoordinate with vendors and contractors on design-related queries during execution

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldStrong proficiency in SketchUp is mandatory

(V-Ray or Enscape rendering knowledge is a plus)Working knowledge of AutoCAD for technical drawingsFamiliarity with MS Office / Google Workspace for documentation and presentationsGood understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing for interior fit-outsStrong communication skills for client-facing interactionsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience2–5 years of relevant experience in interior design/fit-out projects (adjust based on seniority needed)
