Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced

Global Markets Domain Expert

with strong

Calypso and Business Analysis

expertise. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, strong exposure to Capital/Global Markets, and the ability to work across business change and technology projects.The role will involve requirements gathering and analysis, stakeholder management, project delivery, and Agile/Scrum activities. The candidate should be a self-driven problem solver who can independently manage issues and take ownership of project outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, product owners, and project teams.Provide functional expertise across

Calypso

and Global/Capital Markets processes.Prepare and maintain business/functional documentation such as

BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories .Support project delivery through requirements management, analysis, UAT, and implementation activities.Participate in and facilitate

Agile/Scrum ceremonies

where required.Take on

Scrum Master and/or project management responsibilities

as necessary.Identify project issues, analyze root causes,



and drive them toward resolution with minimal escalation.Contribute to business change initiatives across multiple projects and teams.Support project planning, tracking, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.Travel to the US may be required based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst , including strong requirements development experience.Hands-on experience with

Calypso

in a functional/business analysis capacity.Robust understanding of

Global Markets / Capital Markets / Investment Banking .Experience with one or more products/processes such as

FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Trading, or Securities .Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies .Experience performing

Scrum Master and/or project management activities

is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/projects.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in

MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project .

Preferred QualificationsFormal/relevant

Business Analysis certification or qualification

is desirable but not mandatory.Experience working on

Calypso implementation, upgrade, migration, or transformation projects .Experience in UAT, process mapping, functional specifications, and change management.Experience working with global/distributed teams.
