Description:South India (regional responsibility across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh)

Role OverviewThe Regional Head – New Jeweller & Channel Acquisition (South) is responsible for driving expansion(SIS -Shop in Shop) by onboarding recent jeweller partners and developing strategic distribution channels across the South region. This role owns regional acquisition strategy, execution, partner relationships, and revenue growth through new jeweller and channel sign-ups.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue, profitability, and market share across the region.Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.Manage key retail partners and strengthen strategic relationships.Identify and onboard new SIS partners.Lead and mentor KAMs, ASEs, and CSEs to maximize productivity.Ensure merchandising, inventory, and brand visibility standards across stores.Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and competition to drive growth.Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners and internal teams.Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Supply Chain for seamless execution.





Qualifications & Experience8–12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel acquisitionProven track record of scaling partner acquisition across South IndiaExperience managing regional teams and large territoriesStrong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skillsSkills & CompetenciesDeep understanding of the South India jewellery marketStrategic thinker with strong execution biasExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsData-driven decision-makingHigh ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and resilience
