Diploma or Degree in Civil / Architecture / Interior DesigningAbility to comprehend and design Architectural DetailsExcellent rendering skillsAbility to interpret Architectural Design properlyProficient in 3D visuals, AutoCAD and Photoshop in reviewing 2D and 3D designsSolid knowledge of specialized software (3D Max Studio, Lumion, Adobe suit, SketchUp etc.)AutoCAD/Revit knowledge (would be a big plus)Client focus and strong communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills (team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity) and creativity;Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
