Role OverviewYou'll drive growth across international markets by identifying, onboarding, and scaling Recruitment Partners (RPs). You'll work with local and global teams to bring in high-quality student enrolments for upGrad's Global Student Program.

What You'll DoPartner OnboardingIdentify and onboard new recruitment partners and education consultantsVet partners through due diligence and documentation checksBuild a compliant, high-performing partner network





Relationship ManagementMaintain and grow relationships with existing partnersRun regular performance reviews and training sessionsTrack partner-led recruitment pipelines

Partner & Student SupportHelp partners with counselling guidance and application reviewsEnsure accurate, compliant communication with studentsCoordinate with Admissions, Compliance, and OperationsResolve partner and application escalations

Market IntelligenceMonitor market trends, visa policies, and competitor activityShare insights to improve partner productivity and conversions

What We're Looking For3–6 years in international student recruitment, overseas education, or B2B education partnershipsExperience managing recruitment partners or agent networksStrong grasp of admissions processes, compliance, and visa rulesExcellent relationship management and negotiation skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven roleWilling to travel across Maharashtra and other assigned regions

EducationBachelor's degree required; MBA/postgraduate degree preferred.
