What will you be responsible for?As a Technical Program Manager focused on Infrastructure, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects in Providence Infrastructure space.

What would your day look like?Strong understanding of Infra, Data center, Compute, backup, storage, data engineering, Azure, cloud, power BI.Managing backlog in ADO, documenting requirements and working with engineering teams to deliver automation, On-prem and cloud migration and other infra projects such as OS/ SQL upgrades, storage upgrade, backup etcAct as the primary point of contact between business and Information and cyber security teamsPartner closely with engineering leads and cross-functional disciplines to guide technical projectsFocus on communicating and translating non-technical to technical (and vice versa) requirements and discussionsCommunicate project status to partners and several significant teams around the organizationManage technology programs, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and successful on-time deliveryTaking care of building, automating, and developing large scale distributed systems from ground upProvide day-to-day execution guidance and support for engineering projects,



coordinating efforts across organizations and departments, and helping unblock teams by identifying and resolving issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, technical, and customer’s goalsDevelop tools and processes to improve engineering productivity

Who are we looking for?10 to 15 years of experience in Program / Technical Program ManagementStrong communication skills with ability to influence without authorityExperience working with distributed global teamsCertifications: CISM, PMP, AWSExperience managing end-to-end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through the Software or Hardware lifecycleExperience with technologies such as virtualization, compute, storage, migration, capacity and Cloud SolutionsExperience understanding technical architecture and design aspects in Infrastructure and Application spaceExperience managing programs with remote/distributed teamsPMP, CSM, CSPO or any other relevant certification in related space will be added advantageKnowledge or exposure to LEAN, Six Sigma, KANBANA bachelor's degree in computer science or information science or related field education/experience
