Field Sales Executive – FresherLocation: Haripar, Rajkot, Gujarat Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Sales & Business Development About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive – Fresher to join our sales team at Haripar, Rajkot . The candidate will be responsible for identifying new customers, visiting existing and potential clients, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and supporting the company in achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily field visits to prospective and existing customers. Generate new sales leads through market visits, references, and networking. Understand customer requirements and explain company products/services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments. Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team for order execution. Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory. Maintain daily visit reports and customer information. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collect market feedback and competitor information. Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.



Candidate ProfileQualification: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline. Experience: Freshers are welcome. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Gujarati and Hindi communication skills are preferred. Basic English communication will be an advantage. Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Comfortable with regular field travel. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required. Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
