Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your Current Role:The Analyst, Tax Systems is a hands-on, techno-functional, entry-to-early-career role responsible for reviewing, resolving, and testing tax systems tickets related to OneSource or other tax engines, SAP Ariba, and SAP S/4HANA. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to build deep tax systems expertise through hands-on ticket resolution and testing, while developing a working knowledge of SAP Ariba and S/4HANA.Your Role Accountabilities:Ticket Review & ResolutionReview incoming tax systems tickets to understand the issue and determine the appropriate resolution approachResolve tax configuration and posting issues under guidance from senior team members, escalating complex issues as neededLearn and apply tax posting concepts across SAP and non-SAP systems to support timely ticket resolutionTestingTest resolved tickets to confirm fixes work as expected before closureHelp with testing of tax scenarios for projects, upgrades, and other planned changes across OneSource, Ariba, and S/4HANASupport unit, integration,
and user acceptance testing for tax systems changesRequirements Gathering & DocumentationHelp gather and document business and functional requirements through interviews and other methodsMaintain requirements documentation, including use cases, user stories, and functional specificationsCommunication & Continuous LearningCommunicate proactively with team members and stakeholders on ticket status and open issuesDemonstrate agility and a growth mindset - actively seek out opportunities to learn new systems, tools, and processesContinuously build tax and systems knowledge to take on increasing scope over timeQualifications & Experiences:2+ years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)2-4 years of hands-on implementation or operational experience with Tax solutions1-2 years of transactional processing and operations assurance experienceExperience with OneSource or another tax engineTechno-functional aptitude - comfortable learning both the functional tax concepts and the underlying system configurationHands-on orientation - comfortable owning tickets end-to-end from review through resolution and testingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle multiple assignments concurrently in a fast-paced environmentA positive, agile attitude with a strong willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processesUndergraduate degree required in computer science,
mathematics or business sciencesSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsExpert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents, presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheetsA passion for accuracy and translating insights into a compelling narrative; able to maintain a balance between the details and the larger pictureNot Required but preferred experience:Experience with SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANAKnowledge of e-invoicing solutions such as Pagero, Edicom, or SOVOSExperience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNowExperience developing in Excel and facilitating business discussionsExperience working in a national or global companyComfortable working in a highly iterative, somewhat unstructured environmentHow We Get Things Done…This last bit is probably the most important!
