About the Role:

n

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in Lucknow and nearby regions. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market.

Key responsibilities:

- n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.n
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.n
- Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.n
- Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.n




- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.n
- Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors.n
- Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team.n
- Ensure visibility and availability of products across contemporary trade & general trade.n
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.n

Qualifications & Skills:

n

n

- n
- Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)n
- Experience: 6+ years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh region.n
- Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Lucknow.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.n
