- Show properties to clients and assist them during visits.
- Coordinate with vendors and check work progress.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the property.
- Maintain records of property visits, work progress, and maintenance.
- Follow up on pending work and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Handle client queries and ensure a good guest experience.
Requirements

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
