Purpose/Objective

Responsible for all business finance activities at Port. It includes Budgetary control, MIS, Accounting, Treasury & working capital management, Receivable management, Review of Financial Statements, Audits, & Statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities of Role

n

- n
- Coordinate annual Opex, Capex Budgets Preparation, finalization, approval and periodic reviews.n
- Monitor and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual revenue & profit performance, identify gaps & suggest corrective actions to management.n
- Support to biz. for evaluation of CAPEX decision.n
- Ensure monthly MIS preparation & co-ordinate review by biz.n
- Ensure Preparation of Financial statements & review of the same.n
- Analysis of expenses/receivable and suggest corrective measures.n
- Cash Flow Management & short-term investment decisionsn




- Ensure compliance to internal audit observations & strengthen internal controls.n
- Ensure completion of statutory audits as per schedule and take actions on audit observations.n
- Ensure statutory compliances i.e. Service Tax, EPCG redemption.n
- Motivate the team through employee communication and coaching.n
- Keep abreast with the latest developments in the field of Finance and embrace the up-to-date technology in line with the requirements of the Department.n

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

- n
- 4 to 6 years of experiencen
- Experience in managing F & A in a large setupn
- Should have experience in preparing balance sheet and handling statutory audits in the companyn
